If you like robot anime and tactics games you will like this latest entry in the super robot wars series. If you like tactics games it's still worth it, but you probably won't get as much out of it.

Fun, but it does have some mild jank where enemies will occasionally teleport because they've clipped into the wall and needed to get punted out to avoid falling out of the world. A decent solution but it can be a bit surprising when a large enemy suddenly moves oddly. It also does suffer from the same sort of random run issue that most other roguelite/likes do, where no level of personal skill can fully compensate for if the game just never gives you the right ascensions/weapons to do well. It also suffers a bit from the starting character feeling just slightly too slow (all the other characters you can unlock are faster) so you may find it frustrating initially.

Despite all the flak this game has been getting for its buggy nature, this game is still extremely fun and i have played it for quite a while. It does have some issues with balance of enemies which are basically the same issues that the witcher 3 has, but since this game has enemies with guns it's much harder to pick off enemies that are too strong for you. It also is infested with small bugs that mostly don't impact play too badly but definitely do annoy. That said, this game will definitely live up to the hype once it gets a few more patches, and it was definitely a huge mistake for CDPR to try crunch instead of just letting their devs fix it properly and delaying it more.
