Great game from the get go, but has only gotten better over time.
It's among the most complex and best looking automation games out there.

Probably the most addictive game out there with no real money gambling attached.
It's most likely the best game to play on steam deck and the one I'm always ending up playing.
The level of difficulty is challenging and can be frustrating due to rng, but what do you except from a poker game ;)
Countless hours spent and to be spent ...it's a f**ing bargin.

I rarely buy games at full price and I was super sceptical about Wukong due it's Overhype prior to release.
But here's why it's easy for me to recommend this awesome game.

First and foremost - our industry needs success stories like this, to unlock additional funds for more great games!!!

The kind of addictive game you don't expect at first glance.
Not the most beautiful game but great mechanics and smart design.
Also runs very well on a potato (SteamDeck).
I had the chance to meet with the German Devs to chat about their game and how they had to kinda teach themselves to actually be able to make it.
Very inspiring. The game became a hit and it's well deserved!

The game of the year (and probably the years to come)
It's just perfectly executed in almost every way.
This is a cinderella story for the devs and a unicorn within the industry.
BG3 greatly outlines what's good and bad about game development...
and how greatness can be achieved with patience, passion and no publishing pressure.

Northgard is an absolutely amazing strategy game which starts out casual and doesn't overwhelm players with truckloads of mechanics.
The game has been greatly evolved over time and provides players with plenty of different clans, challenging achievements, engaging story missions, Coop and PvP content, great workshop mod maps and so on.
The art style and overall atmosphere is charming and captures the ever so popular viking culture and norse mythology quite well.
It's highly re-playable with adjustable and easy to pick up sessions and with its ridiculous 2.5GB install size, there's no reason to ever uninstall this little gem :D

I gave it my Steam Award and rightfully so :)
Cult of the Lamb is an amazing piece of Art (you either love it or hate it)
It's also a great game to play on the Steam Deck and can perfectly be played in short snack-sized sessions.
The combination of Roguelite, Hack&Slay and Base Building is very well done.
The setting is very unique and sound is both great and annoying :D
You better play with Gamepad!
