I have thrown countless hours into this game and this is just my opinion:

Pros-
+ Really easy to use interface
+ Very good story and cutscenes
+ Genuinely interesting
+ Customizable weapons and collectabiles
+ Very balanced
+ VERY fun to play in Co-Op
+ Good graphics, stunning scenery
+ TONS of sidequests that are actually worth doing
+ Good detailed skill tree
+ Achievements and challenges
+ Lots of places to explore

Cons-
- Only 4 characters (Some might see this as a negative)
- After completing for the first time, its a grind
- Level 60 cap

All in all, I would buy this game, it's easily one of the top 3 zombie games I have played and I cannot wait for number 2.
It runs decently on low-spec PCs or laptops, you can churn hours in solo or with friends. You can multiplayer with random people or complete challenges alone. You can jump in a car, sneak around, run in all guns blazing or simply boot zombies in the face repeatedly. Also the weapons mods and collectibles do add some replay value, also being able to transfer your character to Riptide is a bonus!
