While perhaps a bit light on content, the plans for massive future free updates make this game incredibly worth it. Even at four hours of playtime, I only have the first two campaign missions finished, and the first operation done.
The customization is insane for a 40k game, the music is pretty damn good, and the graphics is amazing.

Though be warned, the game is hard to run for some. Playing at 1440p with a 2060, and a 3700x with DLSS 2.0 at balanced preset with the medium graphics preset gets me just around 60 FPS.

So don't expect to honestly play the game if you don't have atleast a 20 series GPU, though the graphics is worth the high minimum specs!

Unless you really care about cosmetics, I'd still buy the standard 60 dollar version of the game, but if you are a massive fan of the first game then you will love this game. It's what we have been waiting for!

A underrated gem of a game, only sadly not at all popular enough to always have a fun time.

Honestly, If you love mech combat then go play TitanFall 2, and or anyother mech combat game out there. Becuase just after around a hour of playing Hawken, I go bored the gameplay was not the best, and overall I simply did not enjoy the game at all, and if this game had a price tag I would of never played the game in the first place. So overall only play if you like your FPS games mixed with the worst parts of games similar to World of Tanks, and then add in some overall average graphics would't recommend to anyone i know.
