I would refund it if I could. It has so many bugs that I would seriously consider it a scam.

It's aight. You'll keep playing this for a long time and the modding community just makes it better. 200% of the normal content for a game this price.

I am extremely disappointed in Paradox Interactive. The incompetence displayed by such an established company is pitiful. The game lacks content in almost every angle and was ripe with performance issues from day one. I understand that games as complex as Europa Universalis 4 take time to build but Imperator: Rome was sold as an enjoyable and fun experience for $40 USD. If they had sold the base game for $15 and promised to regularly add content it wouldn't have been so blatant a scam. I have read about and discovered a host of unfinished content that seems to have been forgotten about despite tool tips saying it should be in the game. (For example: discipline not providing its correct modifiers). This is absurd granted that it will take another $50-$100 of dlc to be enjoyable. I regret purchasing this game and I'm ashamed of a game studio I once recommended to my friends.
