10/10 game, just don't buy it full price, or even better -- buy just the base game for mods, MP and YARR HARR the rest. Don't support Paradox's predatory DLC tactics.

One of the best games I've ever played. Steam compatability sucks doe. (you can't have 2 instances of the game running at the same time and so on and so on.)
