Super Meat Boy is an extremely polished and extremely challenging platformer. It is very easy to drop into when you have 15 minutes to spare. Be warned it gets very tough. Works with either keyboard or controller. It is better (imo) with a controller though.

Beautiful atmosphere and challenging puzzles without requiring too much random clicking around.
