"woke" story and unoptimised

The game's story and narrative are absolutely amazing. You can follow the plot through the notes scattered around, there are plenty of side tasks, and you can develop your character to the point of becoming a true powerhouse. BUT; the game gives you zero direction. Some parts are literally impossible to get through without watching gameplay videos. If you haven't strengthened your character, there's no way you can beat the bosses at the end of certain chapters. Because of the poorly placed checkpoints, you end up running around aimlessly in many areas — eventually driving yourself crazy and considering uninstalling the game. It could have been near-perfect, but instead, it’s ended up just an above-average game.
