Calling this a DLC is a stretch. There's a whole game's worth of content contained within. I'm exaggerating a little but there may as well be. It's beautiful, challenging, and has some of FromSoft's best work to date to the point I don't think they'll really be able to top it ever again. There is so much peak in here, it's staggering and awe inspiring. It's a work of art.

All that said, some of the boss and level design is just absurdly oppressive and obtuse respectively, and not in what I feel is a fun, or challenging way. I don't recommend this if you're just getting into Elden Ring for the first time. Only get this if you really, deeply love Elden Ring and for no other reason.

Easily 20+ hours worth of solid RPG content in an early access stage. You can be an epic creature and do spells and abilities with a bunch of your friends. Seriously why aren't there more games like this? All people want is to hang out with their friends in the least complicated way possible and this game nails the vibe
