I tried the game a bit and here are all my thoughts (I realise this isn't the final version of the game, but I've written down all my thoughts)
Pros:
- It's nice that there is a team creation mode and lots of team options.
- We can get a lot of players.
- The map models are quite nice and enjoyable to watch.

Cons:
- Player profiles are very random; some players' ages are even wrong.
- Transferred players join the team very late. (Because of this, I missed two tournaments.)
- We cannot directly set player roles; an AWP rifle is playing, a rifle is playing AWP.
- All tournament formats are the same; none are realistic.
- Most big teams only have 3 players, so teams can't participate in tournaments.
- Transfer moves are very silly. (For example, BIG EQUIPA - women's team, by the way - is taking male players.)
- The ranking system on the main page is random and very nonsensical.
- There are no online Tier 2-3 tournaments like CCT or Galaxy Battle.
- The prize money for tournaments isn't realistic.
- There are no player or team editing options.
- It's nonsensical for us to buy equipment like mice and keyboards for our players. All Tier 1 players already use top-tier equipment.
- The dialogue players engage in with us is very basic.
- We cannot determine which map and section players will play in. (For example, I want to play zont1x in Ancient's A Anchor, but I cannot set this up and he plays randomly somewhere. This breaks the realism.)
- Things like press conferences could be added before matches, especially before big matches or after tournaments.
- During matches, our players don't follow the calls we give them. (When we say Stack B, they do Stack A, etc.) - AWPer players are generally very poor; even sh1ro plays with a negative K/D ratio in every match.
- There's no mechanic for picking up weapons from the ground during the match, which is something that should be added to make the game more realistic.
- Players on the CT side hardly ever rotate. (For example, you're on Mirage and started 2B 3A. Your B player dies, but none of the players on A rotate to B or mid and just hold their positions. Similar things apply to the T side.)
- Each team's budget shouldn't be 5 million (I assume you did this because it's a demo).

Overall, I'm hopeful for this game. I'm very excited to play a game that combines my two hobbies, Football Manager and CS, but there's still a lot that needs to be developed.
