My favorite cozy game!

This is a really fun city builder which can be played in a relaxing or challenging way, depending on difficulty level. I didn't run into bugs and completed the campaign on every difficulty level.

Then I upgraded my PC, and the game now crashes on startup. The only recourse I've found is tricks with blocking the game from accessing the internet via firewall, or editing system environment variables. Though these might work for some people, it's unacceptable for players to track down these solutions, after reinstalling multiple times, and then need to figure out what to trust and what will work for them, before even trying the game.

If you have an 11th gen CPU or later, game's busted.
