Since your profile doesn't show your location - you should know that for atleast a week+ now - many countries have people having problems. Granted, I haven't been able to get on a single pc of one of them and verify they've done anything to fix their problem. Everyone likes to google and fall back to threads data 2015. For a good 50% of gtav problems - that's useless.

There are people reporting they've got around these errors via VPN.
There are others saying their NEIGHBOR, on the SAME ISP can play fine.
THAT = problem on their pc - which again, no one wants to really try to fix, do the steps, or let someone that knows what they are doing, verify the problem ISN'T on their end.
