TL;DR - DO NOT BUY!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT VOID!

On top of the game losing multiple features on the way to the 1.0 release (multiple mission objectives for each map, multiplayer, and more) they are now censoring the game of the content they said would not be censored to ensure an authentic experience. And all for greed. Abandoning or betraying their original fanbase and supporters, those on PC, to chase the console market and their money. The recent update / post is just the icing on the cake. There were other, better, ways to have that discussion. But sure, jump ship from your longstanding supporters to chase a new wallet.

The game was never perfect, and invited a lot of controversy, due to the content and nature of said content. But to turn around and abandon that, only to then say you're not changing anything that would affect the "tone" and "impact" of the game is absolute fiction and outright lying to your customers. The loss of content, somehow worse performance after updates, and now sudden backtracking of their word (and lying about it) makes it incredibly difficult to recommend this game to anyone.

Do not buy this game. Do not support void.

Got this as a deal with my new GPU and it was the first game I played once the build was up and running.
That said, heh swingy boi swing and move quick.
In all honesty, the little I've played of the game has been pretty great and the controls are easy to pick up, game looks great, only complaint I have is sometimes the game bugs out on the crime side objectives (saving a person from a car wreck and the getaway drivers are the two I've noticed issues with).

10/10 for the amount of variety and replay value.
15 different classes across the 5 playable characters, and (currently) 3 more classes for 3 characters, and many different weapon combinations across those 15 classes.
Get the game! The DLC's I'd say wait until a big sale, but the game itself is worth full price and any sale price.

Bottom line of review: Fast paced downhill mountain biking.

Pros:
Good controls, visuals, variety of trail (yes same scenery but each level is different enough to not be too repetitive), and great music

Cons:
Lack of progress in terms of equipment (oh boy got a new shirt that's a slightly darker shade of red) and some of the late stage tasks for sponsors can be quite difficult outside of certain regions or special levels, are really the only complaints I have with this game

I want to recommend this game, really I do. It's basically ETS but in the States and in theory sounds great. But, as of now, it's only California, Nevada, and Arizona with other states being available for purchase as DLC (only Oregon and New Mexico). I would have recommended it had the states not been a purchased DLC. As it stands, it's not really American Truck Sim, more so East-Coast Truck Sim.

This game is honestly pretty great. I've barely scratched the surface of dev made content and it was a blast, literally. The DLC options that Bohemia Interactive has put out have added enough new content to make it worth checking out. However, the real fun comes in with the millions of workshop add-ons you can get. From movement improvements to full scale operations, you can find whatever you want. 10/10 game.

This game is fun. Not only as a time passer, but as an actuall game in itself. It's not exactly the most expansive game. But it's fun for what it is. It's a fun little fast paced "shooter" .. And it's just a good time to play.
