If you love sim racing or are looking into it, Assetto is the best place to start in my opinion. The official cars and tracks are amazing, and the mod community just continues to expand, even with the game being nearly 5 years old. The laser scanned Nordschleife is the best representation in any sim I've played, and is worth the price alone.

The physics are absolutely superb. The amount of tunability you have control over is also really cool. Wish there was a little more variation in vehicles but what's there is great. Well worth $5.
