Constant new updates and improvements makes this a very enticing game to me.
- Play chaotically with your zerg friends while wearing some flashy skins?
- Learn basic electronics, trying to setup auto turrets that only activates when enemies are nearby to save energy.
- Learn to clone plants into supperiour genetics...in a triangle planter box for a challenge.
- Learn different footprints or blueprints for huge majestic bases or castles!
- ...or settle for tiny and effective guerilla bases that's spread all over the map.
- Put it all together with whatever hand your dealt where you spawn and reign supreme!

Looking good so far imho 🍻👍

I just turned 130'000 euro into 5'000'000 in 5 years.
That's the equivalent of 6 brand new factories.
BUT IS THAT ENOUGH?!

Enjoyed listening to Metal Rock Radio a ton but can't anymore.
After about 5 minutes of a Radio session it gets stuck in a 1 second of a track on loop.
Turning it on/off doesn't help and the loop persists.

Works as intended.
Only downside would be that you cannot, to my knowledge, change bindings where currently F2 Hides/show the overlay menu and F3 exits which overlaps certain games and messes with you.

Simulator lets you fly from the beginning while mates play tanks so is cool now.

tl;dr
If you like to fly but your friends don't; this ain't the game for you.

Personal opinion:
The sellingpoint is "Realistic air-, naval- AND groundcombat".
"Cool!" I think.
I like to fly.
The fun of this game relies on it.
My friends likes the tanks and the ships.
If I want to play with my friends, and if I want to fly:
I need to, not only play something I don't like to play, but also perform well.
Not cool.

So if you like to play "World of Tanks" 90% of the time? Go ahead.

Played around its release when it had a price-tag.
IIRC League took most of my attention back then as I struggled to get Gold Rank

It's nice to see something that's been around for so long and yet keeps the game fresh with the improved and added gameplay features, bugfixes and cosmetics!

Early Access Review
tl;dr - I enjoy: the combat concept, the cooperative aspect, the fact that you have to focus your senses to survive as would be required IRL, the environment, my new fps.
I don't enjoy: being seen in a bush at 100m while wearing full camo and standing absolutely still.

Foreword: take every review with a pinch of sugar. Take mine with some vintage wine.
Majority of reviews are people suffering from entitlement complex. I'm not that different.
You decide the difference.

+ The combat concept:
Rock, paper, chainsaw. Which one is stronger?
It's been tweaked and tweaked again and again. It's a fine balance to maintain.
But we'll get there. I'm sure.

+ The cooperative concept:
Love how you can combine the airdrops and perks, working as one unit while surviving the early game as individuals.
I dare you to find this in any other game.

+ Focus your senses:
It's all about that. Distinguishing the random sounds from those made by other players took some time getting used to, but it's what makes this game great.
While debugging the FPS issue I noticed I could run this game at full rendering with no changes to my FPS. As a result my character is no longer gravely near-sighted.
The sounds of flies from FUNC piles stays in my head for atleast 1 hour when I stop playing. I can live with that.

+ Environment:
I consider myself a competetive player at heart. So every advantage matters. Namely: the shadows. They need to be turned off. Which is sad. Cause the environment with its' shadows is really beautiful and sucks you right in.
My skin gets moist just looking at the preview images of this game.

- Peer visibility:
Being visible while wearing camo in a bush at 100m standing still is a design-flaw and should be addressed whenever possible. Especially with inhuman and stealth perks.
I do reserve myself for being at the mercy of a skilled player, as mentioned in "focus your senses", though it was very frustrating.

¤ Plea for implementation, but not necessary:
Please do spank me with a rainbow when I say I still would like a bit more colors.
Flowers or fruits? Some colorful fish in the water would be awesome!
Some graffiti or text written in blood on walls?
Maybe even some scratched skulls on a tree to indicate kills of a past survivor?
Change in weather and daylight would be swell!

I never write reviews but this one is close to me.

This is one of those timeless games that are simple to play but hard to master.
As I write this I haven't played the game for almost 10 years and I've yet to see what it looks like today.
I can only hope that accessing servers won't be much of a hazzle as I recall it being so if you wanted to explore the different game-modes.
Other than that I can only say: About time Steam!

Also; Happy birthday America
