I enjoy this game. It's fun to play. If you like hero shooters and character customization, give it a try.

Valve took some good action to handle the bot issue and it has worked thus far. However it was after months if innaction. I can't say this is because it truly required thst much time to handle, because I have no experience in gamedev. What I can say is that they've generally taken a backseat to supporting this title with anything more than cosmetic content and a few bug fixes here and there.
