Early Access Review
Hades meets Vampire Survivors.

Characters and boons need some balance tweaking, but game shows a lot of potential with frequent updates from the dev based on community feedback.

Plays like an adventure board game with turn based combat. Has several modes of play that offer some variety. Unlockable content bring in new items, events, and classes improving replayability. This game really shines when you play it multiplayer for a fun co-op experience. Has had many updates that added new maps and modes. A great experience for the price.
Highly recommend if you are a fan of turn based RPGs with a heavy focus on RNG.

I was caught off guard on how good this game was.

A good story that could be a bit slow at times, but interesting enough to keep you playing to see what comes next. The ending has a great twist and is powerful enough to evoke strong emotions for the characters that you've spent the whole game traveling with. Many of the characters are likable and show growth as the story develops. It also has a great soundtrack that complements the story perfectly, creating memorable scenes throughout the game.

Its full of quality of life changes to the genre such as the removal of random encounters, the ability to save the game anywhere at anytime and a retry feature when the party is defeated in battle.

Would recommend this game to anyone who misses some of the charm that the older JRPGs had, but want some quality of life changes that make the game more accessible and have you focused more on the story and the characters, and less about grind.
