This game is fine. The whole democracy and "liber-tea" schtick gets old after a while. The game is at it's best when played with a squad of buds. You can play it solo, but it's not designed to be played that way, which can lead to frustrations at higher difficulties.

I will say that the Developers have done a great job here with the monetization compared to the rest of the industry. You can earn the premium currency just by playing, and all of the battle passes (called "Warbonds" in this game) do not expire, so you can buy and complete them any time at your own pace.

Overall, I'd give this game a high 6 / low 7 IF you have a regular crew to play it with. If you don't, then skip. The solo experience isn't great, and playing with randoms is always a dice roll. All that being said, this game has big potential and I'm looking forward to seeing what Arrowhead can deliver in 6 months / a year from now.
