I usually wouldn't review early access games but man, this sequel is beautiful. Of course there's still much to change but so far I'm in love with everything about this game. The vibes are immaculate. Death to Chronos.

I first played this game when I was 9 or 10. Found it being sold in a random supermarket and picked it up, I remember begging my mom to let me get it. It was my first experience with RPGs, and turn-based combat. This game is still amazing to me! The story, the characters, the MUSIC--GOD, the soundtrack is BEAUTIFUL. Lind Erebros is so, SO underrated for this. It might be one of my favorite games ever.

I have two different save files for this game.
One of them was from around 2019, when I first bought it. I got to a certain point and stopped, for reasons unrelated to the game. Then I decided to pick it up again this year, and start over. What a great decision I made--years after my first playthrough, three personal experiences with death later, it just hit me HARD, in ways that was previously not possible, due to my lack of experience with the main subject of the game.
And wow, what a game. Beautiful. I cried a lot (I'm still crying). I'll forever think of the things it taught me. As someone who struggles with dealing with endings, thank you for how it was approached here. And thank you for this experience, from the bottom of my heart.

I really like the game, but given how the queue works I understand how other people would dislike it.
First they ask you if you're new to the genre, to the game or if you're familiar with it to match you with similar players. However, I've found that your first PvP match is likely to be a bot game in disguise, so if you do well in that match, the game starts queueing you with players that have been playing this game for a very long time anyway. That's unfair and kills a lot of the fun in the eyes of a newbie, imo. Imagine smashing half of the lobby in the first match, not knowing you're playing against bots, then you play a few more matches and see Immortal (highest rank) players in your lobby. I understand the playerbase isn't big enough to allow matches to be more fair, so you kinda just have to get used to playing like an experienced player quickly. Some people don't mind that, I personally don't, as I'm familiar with other MOBAs, but a lot of people do.

It's not for everyone, definitely. But it's still a fun game. I like the characters, the graphics, the style, and players, despite the experience gap, are usually kind. It's worth looking into if you're willing to be patient and learn. :)

This game can be legit life changing. If you're looking for ways to feel more connected to other people, this is it. Genuine humans who are going through a lot just helping each other, being kind and gentle, making sure that everyone knows that we're all going through something and that it gets better.
It looks super cute too and the soundtrack is AMAZING. I'll start listening to it even when I'm not playing the game. It's that good.
The stickers are nice, I just wish there were more of them. And the only other thing I'd ask for in this game is for more space to write things in replies and requests. Requests are shorter than I'd like them to be. But that doesn't make this experience any less beautiful. I can't recommend this game enough for those who like to help others, hear nice stories and recommendations from strangers or those who simply need to be heard a little bit.
