Has no alliances for multiplayer, going back to civ IV untill fixed.

Tried that now, seems victory conditions are not shared. Also, the alliance only lasts 30 turns.

Do you mean the team assigning in the game setup? Appearently it is in the game, but not yet activated. You can do it yourself. just look at point 5 in this thread:
