I first started playing casually over 5 years ago and took a break but recently got back into ESO. I joined some friends who were new and tried to gift them things using the Crowns in my inventory but now gifting is locked. I opened a ticket then was told to open a separate ticket to confirm my account identity and to request to enable gifting again, which would take between 7-10 days. 3 days later I was told my account is not eligible because there isn't "consistent" enough activity. Below is the message I received:

"Greetings,
We regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your request to activate Gifting on your account.
Your account must show consistent game play activity and/or be active in an in-game ESO community prior to submitting your application to be considered for eligibility to participate in the ESO gifting program.
If you wish to appeal this decision or if there is anything else that we can assist you with please let us know by replying back to this ticket.

This game is very casual and relaxed but I cannot recommend this game while these restrictive policies are in place.

The most realistic car sim EVER! More educational than my auto shop class. Plus this game is much more about building cars.

Seriously one of the worst games I've ever played. Lack of explaination of game mechanics, very unbalanced between shark/swimmer, private server kicks if AFK for 30 seconds. VERY boring & repetitive after 5 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

amazing game, i dont play many puzzle/platformers but this one is a MUST!

bad graphics, effects, story, good attempt but there are many, many free mods out there made with higher quality and care than this. good if you like the cheesy '70sesque horror motif.

I was surprised how good this game turned out to be. There are a ton of different multiplayer options and solo play for practice. The weapons are fairly balanced and always a lot of users online to play. Just make sure you have at least 24 hours free when you start playing and enjoy your new addiction!
