Prior to playing it I had no hopes or expectations for this game at all. However after its release I quickly fell in love with it. It could use some much needed randomness and features to really take it to the next level. But with 61 hours played I think its well worth the price. I've played with randoms, friends, and as a solo player and I think every one of them was just as fun. If it goes on sale it is absolutely worth a buy.

I think this game is a hidden gem. Great combination of Rogue-like and Dark Souls esque. Still in a rather bare bones state but given enough time it will be a classic.

The Devs have seemingly abandoned the game to be feature incomplete. They've left most of the slack to be picked up by modders, except to make matters worse they occasionally release the smallest of bug fixes just to make the modders jobs even harder. Will update review if the Devs change course.

I found myself bouncing between really enjoying the game and finding certain parts of it very frustrating. With a few balance passes, more additions to the MP/Skirmish modes, and hopefully a continuation to the story I think Terminator will be in a great place.

This could have been a satisfying finish to a beloved trilogy but with extreme gaps between hot fixes and patches and now a huge increase of price with a decrease in content for the DLCs I simply can't recommend TW3 at this time.

Fatshark has done a decent job turning the game around a year later. Hopefully they can keep it up. (Edited December 4th 2023)
