I took part in pre launch tests, and now the free weekend.
tl;dr - don't buy it for more than 1Euro. It's a glorified mobile game, that runs bad.

Good:
-The driving model is very nice.

Bad:
- No improvement in any of the problems listed below for more than a year now
- Worst graphics I have seen in modern game in years
- Greedy monetisation practises
- Too many cutscenes with bland story. You will skip all of them.
- Taking freedom with tutorials from player.
- Always online with empty multiplayer (sad)
- Bad AI on road with constant brake checks and random stops
- Bad map design, made around fast highways for miles.
