This game is hard to get into. If you don't have friends that will help you get into DOTA 2, then it'll probably become too frustrating or difficult pretty quickly.

HOWEVER, if you manage to get decent at DOTA 2, then this game will quickly become your favorite game in your library. I find myself playing at least 10-20 games/week if I can find the time to do so. Any time that I don't know what to play, DOTA 2 is always appealing. Every game of DOTA is different. It is very unlikely that you'll see the same lineup of heroes that you just played with or against within the next year.
