As bad as you think it is. Time gated after not even 2 hours. Gacha, P2W, blank story. Anything bad you can name, this game has it. The graphic are not even good.

Every new POE2 league, I come back to change my review of POE. It's just the better game and I wish they would just sop wasting time on POE2.

Bought this game to play with my friends. Forced to install EA launcher which sucks af.
Tried to invite my friends to play with me for an hour, manage to get into 2 games where it wasn't empty and my friends manage to join after an hour of error 10200. How can this 7 years old game still be plague with bug. I wasn't gonna ask for a refund for 2€ but EA doesn't even deserve 2€ for this

Great game, I just wished the characters were more waifus you know

Patch 0.3 game still feels like a chore. Any white mobs take a long time to kill for no reason. I dropped it in act 3. Spells, cursed,etc still take 1 sec on average to be casted. Making the overall game feels slow and sluggish.

Tried to push, i had to reroll deadeye. Campaign is way too long. Mapping still bad. I don't wanna have to run to certain points on the map to unlock the atlas point, I don't wanna have to do a math phd to be able to juice up my maps. Make it like PoE1 where i can get my points for each maps completed. I can juice up any maps, and i can get the content I want in every single maps.

Update :

4th season, patch 0.4 and game still bad. I only did act 1, I cba to do the rest. Game is still slow af, takes forever to kill white monsters. Endgame still the same as the last 4 seasons, meaning it sucks. Honestly, stop spending dev time on this and go back to poe1 it's the better game and it will stay the better game until you realize that the "vision" sucks and people wanna zoom and kill mobs

Game released on October first. On October 3rd, they had a maintenance from 9am to 3pm and now on October 5th, A FREAKING SATURDAY they have maintenance from 9 AM to 2PM, clearly this game doesn't weant EU people to play it !

Update 21/11/2024 : They still do their update during the day between 6AM and 11 AM European time. Remember, we are talking about Amazon aka the biggest company in the world and they REFUSE to adjust their maintenance time so European people can play. DO NOT SPEND ONE CENT IN THIS GAME UNTIL THEY DO

Update 29/11/2024 : still same issues, I don't think they'll ever change the maintenance time which is sad

So why the thumbs down? Because it sucks having ALL the cosmetic locked behind the cash shop.
Because it sucks that they stripped the game from a few features to lock them behind the cash shop
Because it sucks that they made the grind for ultimate so annoying to funnel people to the cash shop. I have 10s of thousand of hours in BDO, I know what grinding is. 3% isn't bad but locking some items needed behind a 5 minutes cooldown mission sucks. Having to grind an item, for another item, so I can finally get the item I want sucks. Making me search all around the map for randomly spawned vault sucks. Once again, the only reason this sucks is because they want you to give up and go spend 50€ in the cash shop

In summary, play the game, grind for a little bit but don't invest your money into it unless they make it way less of a money grab.

Oh and also, if I can spend 50€ to get the ultimate, it negates the entire value of the item. Making it, for me, a waste of time to grind for it.

Really good game, would recommend 10/10
