I really don't enjoy the honing system in this game, because it's all based on RNG. Your friend can hone 10 times in a row and get 10 successes while you can hone 10 times and get 10 fails. Then you're just sitting there waiting for weeks to grind back up the same materials trying to hit that next item level in order to do same raid together with your friends. It's what made a lot of people quit because we can't even play with our friends since everyone has different item level. What's the point of hitting that item level threshold if your friends are being screwed by RNG? Then they have to wait another week or two just to play with their friends for reset because it takes a lot to grind for 10 hones again at later stages.

Dwarfs with big beard and get drunk and shoot aliens with friends? I'm sold

Not much to say. It's the classic L4D & L4D2 combined together. It's still fun to come back to this game with friends every now and then for the co-op experience.

This game is probably my favorite game of all time.

I didn't understand what I was doing as a kid and thought it was a level up game so I had no idea I was supposed to use the sphere grid to power up the characters. Then I reached Moonflow underwater scene with the Al Bhed machine boss and managed to burned all of my items to kill it without any point in sphere grid. I was wondering why my characters weren't getting any stronger. At the time I was still learning English as my second language so I had no idea I was supposd to use sphere collected from monster drop and then use that in sphere grid to make Tidus and the others stronger. The game made more sense after I spent all the power, mana and other grid to level up all the character because I started to see my character did more damage.

This game is a polished version along with dark aeons added and many more things to do post game. If you grew up playing FFX from PS2 back in 2001, then this is will bring back a lot of childhood memories. Story and gameplay are amazing as always. I love playing single player games that have 50+ hours of gameplay and story. I highly recommend FFX to those who have similar experience with other Final Fantasy series, especially if you already played the original FFX on PS2!

Too many jajajaja

This is an old game originally created for PSP. I have to say that this is definitely my favorite JRPG of all time, after playing 53 hours and finishing the game. If you are someone that don't mind reading dialogue, old graphic, and an interesting story with climax, then this is definitely the game for you.

I'm not sure why other people's comments on this game are all longer than a college essay (ain't nobody got time to read all those long comments), but I'll just leave my review as what I stated above.

One thing I will say is that you have to be patient with this game, because the game builds up to a climax and then you'll see the story unfolds itself. You'll have to really play through the game yourself to fully grasp it.

Definitely 10/10 for me
