If a MAP DLC OWNER is in lobby:
- For quickplay, random map will be chosen, INCLUDING the DLCs',
- For custom game of DLC maps, only the DLC owner can initiate the match, despite being not the host

2. Arsenal: Melee & Ranged weapons
- Synergistic pairing of weapons with career's talents matters
- Some weapons are locked behind DLCs, but
NOT all DLCs' weapons are great
NOT all base game's weapons are overshadowed
- imo, DLCs' weapon is just another range of options when it comes to build crafting,

You can always do consider the base game first, before buying DLCs.
