It's a good game just from the campaign and the various game play improvements alone but holy ♥♥♥♥ the multiplayer sucks, if you want doom multiplayer just play 2016

It's very very good but the ending kinda made the amazing story it had built up over the game fall flat. However I still do recommend it. It's very fun. And over all it's still the despair-inducing Danganronpa experience we all love. Definitely pick this game up if you have the chance.

[Update]

After giving it some time it's fair to say the ending is good too, really grew on me. It's polarising yeah but it wraps up the franchise nicely and in the most on brand way possible.

Actually might be my favourite Danganronpa game but it's very close between this and Goodbye Despair.

Play this game completely blind. It is amazing. You will still enjoy it even if you have never played a visual novel before. DO NOT WATCH ANY VIDEOS ABOUT IT AS IT WILL RUIN THE EXPERIENCE! Enjoy!

Just buy this game. it's amazing, the gameplay is extremely addictive and all the gun themed puns will entertain you for hours. (but seriously just get the game it's awesome!)
