Best modern RTS out there right now, it is much better than Warno and Wargame. I'll compare this game to those 2 franchises, because this game scratches an itch that those 2 games left unscratched.

There's a lot more micro-managing in this game. You will often NEED to reverse units, pop smoke, and pull maneuvers like hiding behind buildings or running around the backside of a tank.

Individual units matter much more. I'll often realize I only had 5 units deployed for the last 30 minutes of the match, yet I'm able to hold the point because I micro-managed my troops and replenished them.

Like Warno and Wargame, you have a deck you build, but in this you can customize the units within the deck itself. You can equip vehicles with different types of armor and weapons, planes with different payloads, etc.

Although there's only 2 nations in this game, it feels like there's so much more variety than Wargame. You'll play a match, deal with a whole lot of failure, and bring your deck back to the drawing board to compensate for what you missed. And it is very rewarding to find a good build after trial and error.

There are all-rounder builds, air builds, armor builds, infantry builds, support builds, you can play any way you want, and it'll work. The game is pretty well balanced after the last patch. I feel like in Warno you could easily spam units and make up lost ground, but spamming units in Broken Arrow is a very bad strategy, and very easily punishable.

The 5v5 multiplayer is the best part of the game. Working with 4 other teammates and seeing how your enemy adapts to what you're doing has been an amazing experience. I've had some damn good matches recently

Such an amazing and unique game, and I'm upset it's not that popular.

I just joined a random lobby and there are people playing poker... PROPERLY. With no trolls. I've never seen anything like it. Just a bunch of floating hands and moving cards. It's like magic.
