It's more of the same, but it's more Trine! Somehow Frozenbyte keeps on finding new mechanics to play with in the familiar co-op puzzle solving landscape of the previous installments. If you love beautiful storybook vistas, enchanting fairy-tale melodies and figuring out puzzles with boxes and planks, this game will feel like your favorite warm, comfortable pullover sweater on a cold winter evening.

There's a certain amount of slavjank and difficulty spike with the combat (which is understandable lorewise I guess, Henry knows very little about actual combat). But, if you can see past those, you're in for a beautiful game about the gritty conditions and horrifying times of 1400's Bohemia, where even the smallest victories of surviving a duel, having a fresh meal and a warm bed should be celebrated for days.

The game even has it's own encyclopedia to browse through, if you're a certain type of history buff like the devs seem to be.

There's a separate button just for meowing, and you can use it even during some cutscenes

A chill short game about snapping pictures of doggos.

It's more Psychonauts; compared to the first one, this is more mature and modern, less frustrating platformer with more of that funny writing that made Psychonauts 1 the cult classic it deserves.

Let's hope the next main-line Psychonauts game doesn't take 16 years to come out.
