An actually good adult game, it is quite a shock. An enjoyable SHMUP with great sexy artwork. It is a good game even without the sexual parts, but those are hot too, win-win!

AI "art"

I am a big fan of this genre of games, bullet heaven, and want to play as many as I can. This one has a great head start in making me enjoy it, as it is directly connected to Deep Rock Galactic, one of my favorite games. It is fun to play with the same characters and weapons from a different perspective while still keeping the feeling of the original game. I think that this game has enough of a unique feel to it that it doesn't end up blending into the many other similar games in this now crowded genre. If you have a lot of Vampire Survivors and want something similar but different enough, or you just like DRG, this game is for sure worth the $10.

I know this game has flaws in terms of how the pc port is, but I still am just happy to see the Front Mission games coming back and I will throw my money at them wherever they land. I have also had quite a nice time playing this on the steam deck.

I saw someone else say it, but I need to agree with them in my own review.

The game has some really compelling concepts, the vertical world, and the environments.

But the combat is really bad. The attacks are slow and there is no stagger or poise. This makes combat more annoying than anything. To succeed it feels like you have to run in, get one poke and try to dodge out of the way, you aren't really going to land a combo unless you parry something. And that roll is so unresponsive and clunky. Everything feels needlessly slow too, swings, rolls, and healing take forever.

If they improve the combat to be more fluid and fun, then I will update this, but as it is, this game is just not enjoyable to play.
