It won't install for me. Says in library but won't download

Where to start... This game sets the standard in epicness. I remember playing as a kid with no grasp on strats, id just load up skirmish and get lost at this game's scale. I usually don't review games (chiche... i know) but u owe it to mankind to add this masterpiece in your collection.
