Extremely enjoyable; a very creative presentation which has a surprisingly high emotional range for a jigsaw game. I'm gonna miss that gobbo.

An absolutely captivating puzzle game. The demo is hours of play on its own, and it had me desperate for more. I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone who may be interested, and if you scrolled down to read this... that's you!

Some really fantastic puzzles, all of which are organic in design. It's impressive how much design engineering can go into a single* operation. It also gives good feedback on syntax errors and fail states. User-friendly and thought-provoking.

And the mini-game is surprisingly fun. This is the first "Zach-like" I've played where it really felt like a Zachtronics game to me.

An excellent puzzle/exploration game in a mysterious environment that fosters a perceptive eye! Movement is most of the puzzle, and is very satisfying to learn and master.

I had concerns with difficulty, but Venineth is generous with checkpoints so no single section holds you back, and if you have trouble seeing where to proceed there's a Hint Bot you can activate (though I forgot about it!). There are collectibles which are hidden fairly - mostly :^) - and the soundtrack makes for great vibing as you look around and traverse.

While some of the mechanics are frustrating, none of them last long enough to get in the way of enjoyment, and exploration.

The platforming is very repetitive and simple; in between extended 'puzzles' there are hallways where you just jump over/walk under obstacles. Most hazards are just timing jumps, and instead of getting more difficult or requiring insight, you just need to wait until things move into place. You temporarily get an alternate ability in each world, but (except for world 10) they don't add much to the experience and don't get explored much. Overall the gameplay is very monotonous.

The story drags, as each each story beat is told over multiple text boxes in a level, or over multiple levels. There are cutscenes where you just watch the text box narrate, and they will replay if you restart the level.

I mostly felt impatient while playing this.

The puzzles are very good and well designed. There are some hidden puzzles that you can see in the environment that prompt you to figure out how to solve them, which typically require out-of-the-box thinking and are very rewarding to solve. The story is widely praised but I just find it insufferable and pedantic; fortunately there's a button to speed up time so you can just read the subtitles.
