Dark and Darker is fantastic. It has a great, old-school feel to it. You can tell the devs are passionate about this game. I have over 800 hours off-platform from before Dark and Darker was added back to Steam. The game can be quite difficult at times, but the challenges are very rewarding to overcome. Both the PVP and PVE aspects are very engaging. With the free version you get access to the normal dungeon with one character slot, which is all you really need to see if you like the game. Note: you can delete the character you created and make another if you're not feeling the class you picked.

Great game. Nasty ♥♥♥♥ in every level, but it's South Park. What would you expect? Dodging ballsacks, throwing ♥♥♥♥, and getting raped by alien dildos.
