Since its initial release, this game has received six free major content updates over the yeara and it shows. This is a game that wants to be the best version of itself and the devs sought out doing that.

The gameplay loop is addicting, tough, but surmountable. Once you start to get a feeling for how to work with the ebb and flow of a run, you’ll find yourself in those satisfying overpowered builds more and more, and it always feels earned. Your skill, your choices, your determination, that’s what got you victory.
