My main observation is that this game is one of very few in my memory which didn't require mods or bug fixes in addition to the base game to be playable, which is very impressive. In fact, devs still support the game, as the release date on latest DLCs and online mode could evidence. I like certain decisions made for controls and the spell crafting system. Many of the locations have unique and strong atmosphere. I am looking forward to Two Worlds 3.

[ON-MAP EXPERIENCE]
- no way to check if an ally is going to support me at the battle
- no way to check if an enemy is going to support his ally
- no way to check the landscape before the battle
- camp quitting if there are approaching enemies should be an option
- player's troop should avoid battles while travelling
- no options to meet village elders/guildmasters through village/town menu.
- awkward pathfinding on the global map
- landscape doesn't match the map
- bridge as the only way to cross the river
- forest doesn't reduce view sight or it does it but to a very small extend

[COMBAT MECHANICS]
- the best armor can still be pierced by the sword or an arrow
- horse has no endurance issues (it should get tired, champion should have even more endurance)
- shot difficulty doesn't depend on an amount of NPCs around the target
- long bows shouldn't be used on a horseback
- big shields shouldn't be used on a horseback
- there should be some turnrate speed limit
- there should be a small game camera delay (to reduce shaking during setting an attack direction)
- throwing weapon at melee mode should be an option even though the character doesn't match the skill requirements
- player should be able to choose the weapon type for the tournament
- rangers should shoot ahead, be predictive
- throwing weapon should burden the shield, slowing it
- It should be more immersive/convenient if there will be smaller neutral troops but smarter AI (AI has issues with cavalry). Moreover, large neutral troops are the reason why infantry isn't an option (player would get surrounded and killed).

[OTHER]
- trade is not enough rewarding
- quests are not enough rewarding
- investments have too low requirements
- awful leveling (you need to kill around 5 millions of people to get level 62)
- worthless skills related to movement and income (path-finding, tracking, spotting, looting, trade, leadership, prisoner management)
- peer-to-peer tournaments (in tournaments players should be able to play with players)
- friends should be able to support each other in battles (only in hardcore mode and only with a player's Character; disabled import option for hardcore mode)
- poor endgame score options
- khergit cutting polearms have broken animations
- some weapon is broken (doesn't work as supposed)
- power throw is worthless in battlefield (not enough missiles to be actually useful)
- weapon proficiencies and weapon-related skills should be merged (such skills as surgery, wound treatment, first aid, trainer, riding, horse archery, engineering, tactics, trade, tracking, shields, path-finding, persuasion, weapon master and athletics should be the only available and should level like weapon proficiencies)

What is this all about? Well, other aspects of the game are just good and can be even better. TY guys for your work, looking forward for Bannerlord :)

Gothic feels unpolished.

[COMBAT MECHANICS]

- Attack/Block commands (Ctrl + A/W/D/S) may randomly stop responding, leaving you helpless in a middle of the fight.

- Autotarget system often stucks on enemy making it difficult to change a target

- No way to figure out how strong an enemy actually is without save/load. If it happened so that you met a strong enemy, u won't be able to run away either.

- No ability to maneuver at the fight.

- High camera adjustment delay.

There is no fun in fighting an enemy via save/load. That's why player's skill doesn't matter that much as character's skills or a gear.

[ITEMS]

- Exploration of the map is not as rewarding because player has an ability to grab NPC's items. So he can get better gear at very begining of the game.

[ATMOSPHERE]

This is a part where the Gothic doesn't lack anything.

- Voice-acted character!

- Well-written dialogues which feels natural, similar to actual conversation.

- Atmospheric music, emphasizing the atmosphere of gothic, magic and mystery. It is probably the only game where loud by default music isn't annoying. There were no situations when the music interrupted dialogs.

Overall it is a nice game with a nice plot, though it's a bit unpolished.
