Preparare Reteta delicioasa de prajitura cu branza de vaci si cacao

Blat: se bat albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare si zaharul pana devine o bezea lucioasa. Apoi se adauga treptat cate un galbenus, uleiul, laptele, zaharul vanilat, coaja de portocala si cacaua amestecata cu faina si praful de copt cernute. Se tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt, se adauga jumatate din aluat si se de la cuptor pana se intareste putin (5-10 min depinde de cuptor).

Intre timp se prepara compozitia de branza. Se amesteca branza cu coaja de lamaie, grisul, stafidele si galbenusurile. Albusurile se mixeaza cu un praf de sare, zaharul si zaharul vanilat si se adauga peste branza. Se omogenizeaza totul bine.

Se scoate tava de la cuptor, se adauga branza peste blatul putin intarit, apoi se toarna cealalta jumatate din aluat si se introduce din nou la cuptor pentru 30-35 de minute ( se face testul scobitorii).

Se lasa prajitura la racit si se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.
