This game brings the world of Wuxia to life. It captures many amazing elements of Chinese lore and storytelling to the west and it's completely free to play. The only paid elements is for costumes but in-game unlocks already features plenty of amazing outfits and hairs.

The main story of this game has been captivating and touching so far and I really appreciate the visual storytelling it provides with its cutscenes and build up. The side content is also engaging, there's some misses with weird puzzles but most of them are fun and more importantly they are unique from one another. The side stories and dungeons do not feel reptitive as they all feature different types of puzzles and stories and feature fun boss fights as well.

The game also does a good job of pacing the population with IRL timers for breakthroughs of levels / story quests. Although it may feel too long at times, it helps people catch up and, more importantly, gives them incentive and time to explore the world and take their time enjoying the dialogue and content in the vast open world.

A couple downsides in the game currently that they could fix are with Sects (ranking up) and UI/UX design. For sects, there are various exploits that lead to a feeling of not wanting to "properly" progress to rank up (as its competitive with other people in your "shard") and also some Sects like Silver Needle have very annoying upkeep week-to-week when including the exploits of other people in the shard. The game also just has WAY too many menus/hidden buttons and often times, even as an experienced gamer, it can be difficult to find the menu I was just at moments ago. Keeping track of everything and weeklies is an annoyance for sure.

Overall though, I think the game is amazing and worthwhile playthrough even as just a singleplayer experience, especially since its free to play.

Great launch in comparison to past Battlefield launches. Really fun gameplay and gunplay overall and one of the best base content to build off of. There are a lot of random things here and there that will irritate the hardcore fanbase, but I think over the next few months with bug fixes and content updates, this game will soon become an instant classic in the series.

Completed on the PS5 cause I couldn't wait.

The most epic battles you'll ever play in a video game. The story is good and very heartwarming yet tragic. There's a decent bit of side questing but I think a lot of those stories are extremely good at world building, but I can get why a lot of people just want to do more MSQ, because it's still the best part of the game with all the epic fights.

Certified banger of a game IMO.

fun with friends

Great game that's still plagued with a bunch of critical bugs. It's extremely satisfying and fun to play with friends when it works, but suffers from many crashes that happen just too often (multiple hard crashes + re-creates needed per gaming night). I still consider it a recommend since its so fun solo, and multiplayer is where it shines more. Hoping in a few months time the crashes will be resolved.
