One of my most favourite games, ever. I played it on game pass originally, but finally decided to get it for myself on steam.

I cannot say enough good things about this game. I praise it so highly to everyone who asks (even some who don't) and highly encourage anyone with an interest in open world survival crafting games to give this one a try. With literal TRILLIONS of systems to visit there is always something interesting to see. It appeals to my personal sense of adventure and exploration, as I always find myself very excited when that little "First Contact" message pops up in a new system. Though, I was surprised to find myself just as excited when finding systems discovered by other players like, five years ago!

The corvette update is a game changer as well. I adore the new ships! A friend and I found a little paradise planet and sat on top of my ship and fished for an hour or so. He really likes skydiving from his ship to planets. It's so cool to have plants and refiners in your ship, though both are still really buggy for me. I cannot harvest the echinocactus from my ship probably 70% of the time, and the refiners just eat my items if I warp while the refinery is still working. It also took me way too long to figure out how to get into my freighter from my corvette, but that's my own fault.

All in all, this game is fantastic, beautiful, entertaining, and I constantly find myself saying "oh, I didn't know we could do THAT!"

i like that it is cute and fun. it is a great relaxing game.
