Yes, it's pretty good, I enjoyed "save your sister" tutorial, and naval combat is very fun.

If you enjoyed bomber crew or space crew, you might enjoy this as well. Game is fun once you turn off driving assists from gameplay options. Stats on your truck matters, so don't care for people who says that controls are janky, their trucks are.

As others mentioned it's kind of a mixed bag when it comes down to gameplay. Different mission types at various lengths, so like if there's a racing mission keep your truck light and agile, and beef it up with armor while doing defense missions, etc. You will get more truck slots once the game progresses so don't dwell on it too much either.
