This game is a dank blend of bloodborne and souls mechanics, with faster paced movement and skills than dark souls, but slower enemies and combat cadence than bloodborne. I forgot what the pain and frustration feels like since I am numb and broken after finishing all of these games, but the triumph and accomplishment of finishing a zone, upgrading a weapon, defeating a boss, are all there. This game has it all. Some stuff has been reused and polished a little from previous games, but the game is worth buying, playing, and conquering in my opinion. Give it a shot if you're new to souls-likes, and if you're a veteran who enjoys them already and haven't played it, i feel that you need to play it. Good luck and godspeed.
