The atmosphere in this game alone is a great reason to buy it, but it adds so much more by tight controls (when you rebind them of course, WASD wasn't prominent when this game was made), expansive RPG elements, easy modding, an intricate storyline, and best of all, the kind of horror you can get from this game on singleplayer. It really makes you feel alone, and fearing that your next step may be your last. I highly recommend this game, but play it on singleplayer if you want the horror.
