Battle Chasers Nightwar is an enjoyable game that follows a JRPG combat system with a board game style of moving on the overworld. When you find a dungeon on the overworld you can choose a mutlitude of difficulties that allow you to get greater rewards fopr higher difficulties. I do wish that there wasn't a new game plus feature as it doesn't truly add anything new to the game aside from a legendary quality to the items from the first playthrough.

Overall the game is a fun point and click style adventure with enjoyable JRPG style combat that never feels dull. Pick it up on sale and you may find that you too enjoy it.
