The game was just barely to a playable state recently but with the studio being laid off, I would steer clear and buy KSP1 instead.

This game is not perfect, but it will scratch your city simulation itch. Great game.

Modifier key mapping like shift, control, option/alt, and command/win-key does not work on Mac OS X. This makes the Steam Controller incompatibile with default mappings provided by developers at best and completely broken without significant in-game key remapping. The Steam Controller is supposed to allow you to remap everything outside the game, emulating keyboard and mouse inputs. For Mac OS X, it does not.

Before I write anything else, yes, I understand that this game is an early access game that's still being developed. Yes, I understand that it's an alpha. Yes, I understand that it's advertised to be full of bugs and will largely be broken for months to come.

Should you spend your hard-earned cash on this title right now?

If this is your first time jumping into DayZ or you aren't already a fan, I say not yet. Maybe wait for the game to get a little more solid before spending your money.

Really fun, even in alpha. Worth the money!
