I haven't recieved my BFC, but I did get the in-game items. After being ran in circles by EA support I was told they're making a tool to confirm purchases and dish out the 1100 BFC. However, before being told that after sending proof of purchase they said my purchase does not show up in their system and that I'm out of luck. Hopefully they aren't lying about that tool and the BFC will be in our account by tomorrow.
