There are a few things to like and a lot to dislike about this game.

The environments, music and just the look of Trek to Yomi are very well thought out, but pretty much everything else is frustrating.

The controls are clunky and for all the options and combos you get there are really only two that are worth while. you can basically go though the game using only the light light heavy and the backwards light heavy combo for one specific opponent.

Also the game lets you get used to the combat system, blocking and parrying then most of the bosses have unblockable attacks. Some opponents let you roll through them and some do not and you can only find out through trial and error; restart and repeat. In addition the armored spearmen near the end of the game are really frustrating to fight as they also negate most of your move set, especially when you fight time with some minions back to back without any checkpoints.

I also found it difficult to transition between 2d and 2.5d environments. The game looks great but it was hard to tell when and where you can move, and when screen transitions were allowed.

I only recommend this game if you are enamored with the visuals and have some interest in Japanese folklore AND play it on easy to experience it without too much frustration.

Astrea: Six Sided Oracles is a pretty good roguelike deck(dice) builder. The characters are varied and have some interesting strategies. Its also great that you can not only change what dice you have available, but the sides on each dice as well. It's pretty fun trying to find combos and mitigate bad luck.
I had some issues with it overall though. I felt that is was hard to break out of each characters mold; you have to pick a strategy early and stick to it because resources are a little scarce. Also there are a TON of different dice faces and abilities to keep track of. This makes it hard to just wing it and you have to really plan your turn out. I found that with all the different effects its really hard to determine exactly what is going to happen once you get going.
Overall, I recommend it if you want a new roguelike deckbuilder. The issues I have with it could be good for the right player.

Archvale is pretty good top down bullet hell shooter. Its pretty straight forward and has a very tight gameplay loop that comes *this* close to overstaying its welcome. Lots of equipment options, and some really difficult (though rare) platforming sections that you will almost have to change your control scheme to complete. Its a short, sweet adventure that is worth playing.

This games makes a point to show you how creative you can get with a 52 card deck if you add a few features. Balatro is an excellent poker roguelite deckbuilder. Worthy of all awards it receives.
