First of all, this game is not about gambling with real money. It's a card game that combines chance and strategy, like poker, and you don't have to spend tons of money. Just buy the game and that's it. I don't know why PEGI rated this game 18+ while loot box games are rated 3+.

Nvm, I played this game for 50+ hours but I can say I'm still learning. I win in every stake, I unlocked every deck, but still couldn't unlock all jokers.

For beginners, I can say that if you don't know poker hands, you should learn them first. After that, you can start playing. There are so many jokers—some of them can be useless in mid-game or end-game, but early on they can be good for you. For me, the best strategy is rerolling until I find the best joker. I mostly played Two Pair and used the Uranus planet card, but you don't have to do that. There are so many strategies on the internet. I don't want to spoil all the joker cards in my review. I can say that I'm close to finishing Balatro's content, but after that there are many mods out there, and I will try them too.
