They definitely juice the hands and unnecessarily take a rake on each round (probably to simulate real life dealer tipping) but it's the most fun I've had with friends.

I played this solo and I would definitely recommend playing with friends as it can get really tedious at points and you have to micromanage everything on your raft -- on the flip side, you're always doing something. It's a solid survival game and I had fun with it. There is not much post-story stuff to do other than achievement cleanup and upgrading more stuff on your raft.
