Selaco is both a familiar and new experience. You quickly forget its GZ Doom workings due to the love and care that went into building the environment which is incredibly interactive. Hard Boiled meets FEAR meets Half-Life is how I'd describe Selaco and that is a compliment in every way possible. Can't wait for Chapter 2.

This is an excellent game if you like: shooters, intense battles, atmospheric exploration and a strong story. The history of this game being a Doom mod that outgrew itself is a good thing and is also accurate. Doom players will feel at home with the controls and feel of the game, but the experience is entirely unique. The care that went into the level design alone is something you have to play it to appreciate it. Lots of secrets, quests and other content to keep you busy for 10+ hours no problem. If you want something a bit different that will feel a little familiar but have a mood and presence that it unique to itself, give Hedon a try.

This is a great game because of how much it values the player's time. You can play it for 5 minutes or 5 hours. There is so much depth and complexity that it hasn't grown remotely stale and is a good balance of challenge and gratification. I haven't played many games in 2022, but this is at the top of my list. If you love FPS games, this needs to be in your library.

I had the great honour of testing this game while it was in its closed alpha stage and it impressed me right away. There is a significant level of polish already with this title making it a game to watch for VR lovers everywhere. With great mechanics and small attentions to detail, this isn't a game to pass by.

The gravity mechanics are easy to learn but slow to master making replayability pretty high even for an early title. Give it a shot!

The Perfect Sniper isn't perfect but that doesn't mean it is a terrible game. There are a lot of things the developer got right in terms of graphics, basic mechanics, how the city is setup etc. However my biggest complaint is that there is little replayability to the main campaign. Once you know the targets, they are in the same place every time. Also, beyond a timer there is little risk to the player character if you make a mistake. If they could find a way to increase the replayability of the campaign missions, this would be an easier title to recommend.

That being said, updates are being made to the game all the time and even though this game might not be what puts this studio on the map, I think they still might have what it takes to built a good game. Keep trying guys!

This game is amazingly beautiful and underrated. If you enjoy story driven exploration games that are rewarding, you need to give this a try. If you thought Hardcore Mod on Fallout New Vegas was too easy, this is the game for you.

This game is geniunely good. Like really good, better than the original by a considerable measure. Haven't finished it yet but easily one of the Top 10 best I've played this year. If it is on sale somewhere, pick it up. If you haven't played Metro 2033, the game does a good job giving the cliff notes so its not required.

Rage is an interesting game considering its pedigree. It was a game that was released too late. Allow me to explain.
Rage had many features that were standard in the industry by the time it was released, which made the game feel like it was either behind the times or just not developed with enough substance. I felt it impossible to not compare it to other games that were released in the same time frame and felt that it brought little unqiue gameplay mechanics to the table. The tropes of older games are also present such as bountiful backtracking, red shirt enemies and linear layouts disguised as open world.

Had this game came out a few years earlier I think I would have received it better, but the entire time I was playing the game, it reminded me of something better I had already played. So take my "Not recommended" with a gain of salt.

Nearly done this game, have enjoyed its adventure style of game play that has authentic elements for those that are looking for infotainment. Great art style and is respectful of its content.
