Everytime the devs create something fun and enjoyable that the players love, they nuke it into the ground at the end of the season and refuse to listen to player feedback literally ever.

Larian studios hits it again and again, hit after hit after hit.
If you can't wait for the full release, just DO IT. Buy it, play it, and enjoy it.
